Look who is coming down the street from the St. Michael metro station!
After a quick tour of the neighborhood and picking up a baguette sandwich to eat in the apartment, followed by a nap, she is good to go!
We are off on a stroll through the grounds of Le Louvre.
Then we made a quick stop at the Astier de Villatte on rue St. Honore for a look at their lovely white china.
The beautiful plates and platters are made with Paris black sand and fired with a special glaze that leaves flecks of the sand apparent on all their distinctive porcelain pieces.
A pot full of jonquils echoes the beautiful spring day.
On to the Palais Royal and some chocolate chaud.
Back to the apartment for a gouter d'fromage.
What ho! reading glasses???
A grand and wonderful gift for me, for all these years!
